with Jamie Booth

Jamie has spent over 27 years behind the chair as a hairstylist, but her journey to inner peace was a much longer road. Living with ADHD, she often felt overwhelmed, even after trying everything from meditation and therapy to recovery meetings. Then she discovered breathwork, and everything shifted. That first session was a breakthrough moment for Jamie, a deep sense of calm she had never experienced before. She knew right then that this practice was her calling.

 

Now, as a breathwork facilitator, Jamie blends breathwork with energy healing to help others reconnect with themselves. She believes that the power of the breath is transformative, and through her work, she hopes to share this gift with those seeking a path back to balance and peace.

What Is Breathwork? 

Breathwork is a somatic practice that dates back thousands of years, in many different cultures around the world. It brings you out of "fight or flight", and promotes a parasympathetic state. From here you can get out of your head, and drop into your body, for an amazing healing experience. I use a conscious, circular breathing technique, where I will guide you through the practice. The benefits are endless.

Meet Jamie Booth
Breathwork Facilitator

Hi, I’m Jamie! I’ve always been an extrovert, full of energy, and living with high-functioning anxiety. I got sober from alcohol and other substances when I was 26, over half my life ago. With ADHD, I’ve been running on high speed for as long as I can remember, but when I took my first breathwork class, everything changed.

A few years before, I had gone through a major life trauma. I tried talk therapy and did some deep healing, which definitely helped, but during that breathwork session, something magical happened. I could literally feel the stored trauma leaving my body. That’s when I knew I had to become a breathwork facilitator. It felt like my true calling.

Now, I regularly take breathwork classes, and every time, it’s one of the best things I do for myself. Honestly, I can’t believe I got this far without it. I’m so excited to share this practice with others, and my hope is that it can help you the same way it’s helped me.​​​
